DevOps Engineer

The role involves working with R&D teams in Poland, India, and Israel using cutting-edge AWS cloud technology.

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) and Microservices
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience with Terraform & Terragrunt for Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools for DevOps automation and optimization
• Strong AWS networking knowledge including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and troubleshooting
• Experience implementing and maintaining secure AWS environments
• Track record of cross-team collaboration on automation, security, migrations, and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Collaborative team player capable of working independently

• Design and implement Papaya Global's cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments on AWS
• Ensure production environment stability, availability, and performance
• Review and improve automation strategy in partnership with stakeholders for scalable growth
• Collaborate with Information Security team to enhance data isolation, access controls, and network/application security
• Work closely with R&D teams in Poland, India, and Israel
• Leverage AI-powered tools for scripting, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, observability, and CI/CD optimization
