Product Engineer/ Full-stack

Profitroom S.A. builds hospitality software used by thousands of hotels and millions of guests. They deliver international technology and product projects with experienced product and technology teams.

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, Tailwind, and Pinia, including component architecture, state management, and performance.
• Documented backend experience with PHP and Laravel, understanding design patterns, APIs, caching, database query optimization, microservices, and message queues.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent; familiarity with backend AI integration, skills, spec-driven development, and feedback loops is a strong plus.
• UX sensibility and attention to interaction quality.
• Communicative in Polish and English for collaboration with PMs, QA, and engineers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with side projects built and shipped.
• Personal use of AI tools beyond project requirements.
• Contribution to a design system or component library.
• Experience building Node.js services or backend integrations beyond basic CRUD endpoints.

• Full-stack delivery of user-facing features including frontend and backend, designed, built, tested, and shipped by the engineer.
• Technical discovery together with the Product Manager to validate feasibility, identify constraints, and shape the technical approach before scope finalization.
• Ensuring end-to-end quality, caring about production user experience beyond code review.
• AI-augmented development using Claude Code, MCP servers, custom agents, and internal tooling.
• Close collaboration with Product Managers and backend engineers; ownership of technical implementation.
• Maintaining UX coherence by noticing recurring issues and improving the product continuously.
