Senior 2nd Level Support Engineer (MongoDB) with German

• Experience supporting MongoDB in production
• Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in L2 Support / Operations / Production Support
• German language proficiency at B2+/C1 level
• English for international collaboration

• Experience with MongoDB v7/v8
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• ITIL certification
• Experience in Financial Services
• Experience in highly regulated environments
• Exposure to DORA

• Support enterprise MongoDB production environments
• Investigate incidents and performance issues
• Monitor infrastructure health and system availability
• Perform MongoDB administration including backup, restore, failover, and patching
• Handle operational changes and releases
• Work closely with infrastructure, storage, and application teams
• Participate in the upcoming MongoDB v7 to v8 migration
• Join an on-call rotation outside business hours
