Lead C# Developer

It protects over 550,000 customers worldwide and focuses on enabling safe AI at scale by converging identity, data, security, and AI risk. The role is for the Veeam Backup for Office 365 product.

• 5+ years of software development experience in commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience as a team leader for a group of 4-5 developers
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility
• Result-oriented and proactive approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements with the product management team
• Develop new product features focusing on the backend
• Estimate effort, costs, and capacity for feature implementation
• Lead and involve others in code reviews
• Make technical decisions
• Ensure a positive work atmosphere, team learning, and motivation
• Communicate with project stakeholders
• Establish and review team communication and processes including meetings and planning
