Senior Modern Workplace Engineer

• 6+ years experience in IT
• Experience as a Modern Workplace Senior Engineer in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms is a plus
• Automation and scripting skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication skills working with technical teams and stakeholders
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; German is a plus

• Implement and configure Modern Workplace solutions across endpoint management, identity, applications, and related services
• Translate architecture designs and technical requirements into production-ready configurations
• Build and maintain device provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security policies
• Execute migration activities including preparation, testing, deployment, validation, and troubleshooting
• Develop automation for device provisioning, configuration, reporting, and operational activities
• Manage application packaging, deployment, updates, and retirement processes
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other engineers
