Join the team developing Comarch EDI, an advanced cloud B2B platform automating digital transformation and the exchange of commercial and financial documents on a large scale. The system processes billions of operations globally, transforming various data formats such as XML, JSON, EDIFACT, and CSV into organized information flows for orders, shipment notices, and corrective invoices, ensuring legal compliance in over 60 countries.

• Fluent in English and Polish, able to switch between business communication and technical documentation.
• Experience in e-Invoicing / EDI is highly desirable and a key factor in candidate selection.
• Openness to new technologies and proficiency in using AI tools (LLM/GenAI) to optimize and automate work.
• Strong communication skills, willing to engage frequently with clients via meetings, workshops, and teleconferences.
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, meticulousness, and stress resilience in a dynamic project environment.
• Higher education in IT or exact sciences or equivalent practical professional experience.

• Analyze business requirements and work with data, including mapping and verifying client needs and feeding AI tools.
• Participate in the full implementation cycle of IT systems, from analysis through configuration to final deployment.
• Use and adapt AI tools to streamline client information analysis, specification generation, and implementation process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (programmers, analysts) to ensure work aligns with client needs.
• Provide ongoing substantive support and conduct training on system usage for clients.
