Wymagania
- University degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science or related fields)
- Professional experience in business and systems analysis within the IT sector, including participation in analytical workshops
- Fluency in English for smooth communication with international clients
- Willingness to relocate from Poland to Bogota (Colombia) or Santiago (Chile) (mandatory)
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of BPMN or UML notation, software development lifecycles, and analytical documentation creation
- Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Ability to define data models
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) is a plus
Obowiązki
- Analyzing and gathering business and technical requirements from clients across the Americas
- Drafting requirements using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Preparing analytical documentation and reporting completed tasks
- Participating in the UI/UX mockup acceptance process
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams (developers, UX designers, Product Owners) to describe tasks and requirements
- Organizing meetings and product demos to ensure continuous communication and alignment with project assumptions
- Analyzing issues and bugs reported by the client
