Consultant/Analytic D365 (Finance and Procurement)

LinkGroup is conducting a global ERP transformation project with focus on Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business streams involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong background as a User-Side Business Analyst, Process Owner, or Functional Consultant in Finance and Procurement.
• Solid understanding of Polish statutory accounting, tax compliance, and local procurement regulations.
• High diligence in maintaining functional documentation, decision logs, and process maps.
• Professional working proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Market & Operational Readiness:

• Evaluate current financial and purchasing workflows to identify local deviations from global standards.
• Analyze software applications, data flows, and system interfaces.
• Formalize local requirements and conduct gap analyses.
• Manage legacy application sunsetting.
• Develop domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, DMS, and O2D.

Global Blueprinting & Target State Design:

• Represent local business in global Blueprint workshops.
• Assess impact of core templates on local workflows and integrations.
• Validate compliance with statutory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Document business decisions and functional needs.
• Collaborate with global architecture and Microsoft teams to address Fit/Gap issues.

Solution Implementation & Business Validation:

• Align internal business leads, central delivery, and Microsoft partners daily.
• Review system configurations from a business process perspective.
• Oversee testing phases including functional, integration, and UAT.
• Manage defect resolution and change requests.
• Prepare organization for system Go-Live.

Go-Live Support & Hypercare Stabilization:

• Guide Key Users and Process Owners during deployment.
• Monitor process performance for post-launch stability.
• Analyze user feedback and coordinate incident resolution.
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
