Clinical Data Associate

At Rho, we guide clients through clinical trial program strategies and help navigate the challenges of clinical trials to develop high-quality marketing applications demanded by regulatory authorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics along with strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interest in data and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality scientific standards
• High-character traits including honesty, integrity, loyalty, accountability, and mutual trust
• Critical thinker capable of objective evaluation and crafting practical solutions
• Agile and adaptable, able to respond to and manage change and risk

• Review protocols and apply protocol-specified guidelines to the structure, review, and cleaning of clinical data
• Support study set-up, including EDC build (forms, edit checks, and study structure) and validation UAT testing
• Contribute to all aspects of EDC validation UAT testing, including forms, edit checks, study structure, custom functions, and integrations
• Program basic SAS manual data review and data reconciliation listings
• Review data reconciliation listings to identify data discrepancies and any necessary queries or follow-up
• With oversight, issue and manage queries in the EDC database
• Review data visualizations and/or listings to identify discrepancies, track trends, and areas of concern or risk; report issues to cross-functional study team
• Work closely with lead Data Managers and project team members to ensure project execution and sponsor satisfaction
