Senior Cloud Solution Architect

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's Degree with 6+ years; OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience working on technical projects.
• Technical certification in Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud) or security certifications.

• Drive Customer Satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor, providing feedback and insights as the Voice of Customer.
• Deliver end-to-end security value propositions, including Zero Trust, Threat Protection, ID + Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Position and deliver solutions to increase Security product usage and help customers achieve business results.
• Accelerate Business Value of Security adoption by ensuring solutions follow a "Secure by Design" framework.
• Align individual skills with team and Customer Success goals; contribute to Intellectual Property creation for accelerating outcomes.
• Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to plan solution implementation aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop complex enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
