Senior Devops Engineer

• Experience working on big projects/enterprise environments
• Confidence in skills and readiness to take ownership of project activities from the beginning
• Willingness to provide on-call support
• Experience and willingness to work on backend implementation as well as DevOps
• German language proficiency at C1 level
• English language proficiency at C1 level

• Design and manage scalable, containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Deploy and manage applications using Helm/Helmfile
• Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch
• Work with distributed systems including Kafka and Camunda
• Manage databases such as PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with developers working on Java (Spring Boot) applications
• Drive test automation and deployment automation practices
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Work with GitOps tools like ArgoCD (good to have)
• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular (nice to have)
