• Use English at a C1 level or higher in daily professional work and speak fluent Polish.
• Understand and genuinely care about volleyball to connect authentically with the community and clients.
• Have a solid grasp of the marketing funnel, matching content and formats to specific goals and distribution channels.
• Skilled in Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Figma (working with templates), with well-organized Google Drive.
• Combine creativity with organizational maturity to turn ideas into actionable tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency.

• Collaborate closely with the Market Development team and volleyball experts to extract domain knowledge and transform it into engaging content.
• Repurpose key topics into diverse formats such as social media posts, newsletters, long-form articles, and onboarding materials tailored to goals and distribution channels.
• Conceptualize and produce industry research and reports for global campaigns.
• Independently craft, format, and publish content across social media and email marketing channels.
• Track performance data, ensure proper UTM tagging, and fine-tune marketing efforts based on actionable insights.
