Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AI Hardware

• Solid Computer Science foundation through formal education or large-scale SRE/Production Engineering experience.
• Proficient tooling and coding skills in Python for building scalable operational tools and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks and timeseries engines like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Loki.
• Working knowledge of advanced networking topologies, high-bandwidth routing/switching, BGP, and dual-stack IPv4/IPv6.
• Expertise in designing service rollouts, operational readiness criteria, telemetry baselines, and alerting thresholds.
• Extensive experience creating technical runbooks, leading incident response bridges, and conducting blameless post-mortems.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous technical challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver production-grade solutions.

• Develop and scale programmatic tooling and infrastructure-as-code utilities in Python to automate provisioning.
• Integrate automated workflows across ticketing platforms like JIRA, Siebel, and PagerDuty to enhance issue resolution.
• Leverage advanced AI utilities and LLM-assisted development for technical execution and system evaluation.
• Enhance advanced private cloud and compute technologies to optimize availability and latency.
• Design and implement telemetry pipelines, custom Prometheus/Grafana monitoring dashboards, and AI-based anomaly detection.
• Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotations and lead real-time incident management using automated PagerDuty and Slack workflows.
• Partner with third-party infrastructure vendors and coordinate on-site field technicians for uptime activities.
