Senior P&C Specialist

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and/or People & Culture/HR.
• Mastery of recruitment fundamentals with desire to broaden knowledge across general HR.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) for recruiting and team communication.
• Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle and people processes.
• Experience implementing/configuring ATS systems and using task/project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
• Proactive, independent, team-oriented mindset.

• Daily manager support including people management, headcount planning, and team development.
• Running recruitment projects and setting up Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Improving, managing, and implementing internal HR processes.
• Collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth internal coordination.
• Leading culture, communication, and internal engagement initiatives.
