Cybersecurity Senior Software Engineer

ESET is a cybersecurity company involved in developing antivirus scanner core modules that enhance security globally.

• At least 5 years of experience in production-grade C++ programming.
• Experience with reverse engineering and analysis of binary file formats is a strong advantage.
• Ability to showcase programming-related projects.
• Good knowledge of English for international team collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of analysis techniques in cybersecurity.
• Experience with tools such as OllyDbg, IDA, Git, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and Python.

• Develop core modules of antivirus scanner processing various file formats.
• Create algorithms to decode and unpack data for detection components.
• Analyze open-source code and compiled executables to enhance scanner functionality.
• Perform reverse engineering and documentation analysis of archive formats.
• Design and implement cybersecurity countermeasures deployed on millions of computers.
