Senior Program Manager

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs with full budget and delivery accountability
• Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments
• High level of ownership, decisiveness, and ability to make informed trade-off decisions independently
• Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes
• Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (e.g., PMP, SAFe) though certifications are optional
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C1 level)
• Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required

• Leading large, complex software programs from initiation through full delivery with end-to-end accountability
• Defining and owning program governance including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks
• Overseeing multi-stream program delivery ensuring milestones are met within timelines, scope, and budget
• Managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and external partners
• Proactively identifying program-level risks and driving mitigation and corrective actions
• Establishing and executing structured change management processes ensuring traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contracts
• Building strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting Delivery Managers for alignment with program goals and delivery standards
• Building and leading effective program teams fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery
