Creative Graphic Designer

Dietly.pl is a marketplace and comparison platform for dietary catering services. It is one of the largest players in the foodtech industry in Poland and operates several strong business pillars including B2B software sales for catering management, outsourcing services such as logistics, and offline retail activities. The company is growing rapidly, recognized by Deloitte in the TOP50 fastest-growing firms in Central Europe, and has a majority share owned by Żabka Polska.

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Portfolio showcasing advertising, communication materials or creative concepts for brands
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools
• Ability to work within brand graphic environments respecting brand books
• Understanding of basic design and UX principles
• Ability to work in a creative team
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma

• Creating creative campaign concepts and Key Visuals
• Designing digital materials for platforms like Meta, Google, landing pages, and newsletters
• Producing graphics and simple animations
• Developing and evolving the visual identity of Dietly and its brands
• Collaborating with marketing and performance teams to optimize campaigns
• Creating simple animations including using AI tools
• Maintaining visual consistency of the brands
