IT Engineer, Google Workspace, IT & Security Alliance

HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation is a global technology backbone with more than 1000 people building digital products and internal platforms powering their end-to-end food experience. The team in Warsaw supports technology platforms used across multiple markets and brands including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood.

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of core Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sites, Meet) and admin configuration including sharing settings and IAM controls.
• Practical experience with user and group administration, provisioning, org units, and account lifecycle management.
• Understanding of email fundamentals including DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), routing, and IMAP/SMTP.
• Professional Google Workspace Administrator Certification (required).
• Hands-on familiarity and interest in Gemini and other AI features in Google Workspace.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for L2 Google Workspace queries including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sites, Meet, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, non-standard user issues with timely and clear communication.
• Support employee adoption of Gemini for Google Workspace and AI-assisted features in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and Meet.
• Perform day-to-day data support tasks such as restoring files and transferring file ownership.
• Analyze recurring ticket trends and propose improvements to support processes, SOPs, and self-service documentation.
• Write and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles for end users and IT staff.
• Liaise with Google support and third-party vendors for escalations beyond L2.
