Salesforce CRM Product Owner

• Experience as a Product Owner or CRM Product Manager
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce suite and related CRM processes
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and governance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate commercial and operational requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Sufficient technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data models, security concepts, reporting, and automation
• Commitment to global standardization, governance, data quality, compliance, and platform integrity
• Ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions
• Understanding of integration and system landscape connected to Salesforce

• Own and drive parts of the CRM product roadmap
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to understand business needs
• Translate requirements into structured features, user stories, and priorities
• Ensure alignment between global standards and local market needs
• Drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
