Mid AI Engineer

KUBO develops its own technological ecosystem supporting business processes related to recruitment, administration, and sales. The company operates in Gdańsk and Toruń and seeks its first internal technology person to transition business problems into working MVPs, integrations, and ongoing solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer
• Experience building AI solutions, especially with LLM APIs, RAG, and AI agents
• Proven ability to translate business problems into working MVPs through discovery, solution design, deployment, and ongoing development
• Proficient in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and API development
• Skilled in designing and implementing automations both in code and Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience with testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation of solutions
• Strong communication skills for engaging with business users and collecting requirements
• High independence and responsibility for end-to-end solution operation

• Conduct discovery sessions with business users across sales, recruitment, and finance to understand processes and problems
• Translate business problems into requirements, MVPs, and solution designs
• Design applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems
• Build prototypes, MVPs, and internal web applications
• Develop backend systems, APIs, and SaaS integrations (including SharePoint, Teams)
• Design workflows and automations in Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams) and custom code
• Build solutions using LLM APIs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and document processing
• Test, deploy, and monitor solutions in production environments
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and solution operation
• Recommend build vs buy vs automate approaches collaboratively
