Senior Power Platform Engineer

• Experience in a Power Platform environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows and platform performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
• Located in Poland
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic projects with evolving requirements

Nice to have:

• Background in large-scale digital transformation projects

• Manage and oversee Power Platform environments, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance
• Administer and maintain connectors, data flows, and integrations
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Integrate solutions with Copilot capabilities and other Microsoft services
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows, automations, and applications
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive best practices, standardisation, and platform adoption
