Senior Project Manager

Itelence is a fast-growing IT outsourcing and BPO company providing nearshoring and offshoring solutions across Europe and North America. Core services include IT Staff Augmentation, Data Engineering & BI with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy, Cloud Support for hybrid infrastructure, multilingual help desk, and BPO services. Delivery models offered are Dedicated Teams, Team Augmentation, and Project-Based Delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or process management, preferably in SSC/GBS environment
• Experience in system implementation projects, transition management, and change management
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinate business and IT teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Experience in preparing analyses, recommendations, and decision materials
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's or Master's degree

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

• Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives and business/digital projects in GBS
• Plan project execution, monitor progress, manage risks, and collaborate with business and technology teams
• Execute transition management projects including migration of processes, services, and operational models
• Coordinate business activities during SAP S/4HANA implementations and digital transformation programs
• Organize workshops, prepare decision materials, and communicate with local and global stakeholders
• Document project decisions, monitor governance activities, and implement process improvements
