Senior Software .NET Developer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists, based on self-employment (B2B), providing services for clients running innovative and modern projects. Currently, they are looking for a Senior .NET Developer for an international public institution.

• Higher education in IT or related ICT fields (required).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 2 years in a role equivalent to Senior Software Developer .NET or similar responsibilities.
• Possession of at least one intermediate-level software development certificate relevant to the project technology or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the client.
• Experience in at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expert knowledge in designing and building Enterprise-class systems using .NET.
• Knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using this standard.
• Experience designing and implementing data access layers, business logic layers, and presentation (UI) layers.
• Experience working according to the Scrum methodology.
• Ability to technically lead programming teams.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Analytical thinking and effective technical problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years' experience in projects involving critical Enterprise-class systems supporting asset management, human resources (HR), or finance areas.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining systems and applications in .NET technology.
• Leading the technical work of the development team.
• Creating technical designs based on business and functional requirements.
• Proposing technical solutions to meet business needs and solving technical problems.
• Optimizing software for performance, security, and quality.
• Estimating workload and delivery times for programming tasks.
• Developing and maintaining software development standards.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting software quality metrics.
• Managing application configuration and release management processes.
• Participating in requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployments.
• Designing and developing tests and tools supporting the testing process.
• Creating prototypes (Proof of Concept).
• Providing second and third-line (L2/L3) technical support.
• Documenting programming work.

Work mainly remote with possible presence at client office or other EU locations up to 12 days per quarter.
