Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration dedicated to IT specialists, executing projects for clients engaged in innovative and modern projects. This position is for one of the three largest banks in Poland, for a project in a multinational financial institution covering AI Governance, AI/GenAI, Risk, Compliance, and technology regulations.

• 2–4 years of experience in technology governance, risk/compliance in financial institutions, or AI/Model Governance.
• Practical understanding of AI/GenAI, including applications, limitations, and risks.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Risk, and Compliance units.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and materials for management.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of EU AI Act.
• Knowledge of DORA.
• Knowledge of Model Risk Management.
• Experience preparing materials for boards/committees.
• Experience in large international organizations.

• Developing and implementing AI Governance Framework.
• Managing AI/GenAI use cases.
• Handling risk, compliance, and control areas.
• Operational governance and reporting.
• Coordinating collaboration among IT, Risk, Compliance, and other units.
• Preparing reports and presentations for management and committees.
• Preparing materials for audits and regulators.
• Coordinating communication and project activities.
