Product Manager: Regulatory Tech

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in R&D or Regulatory or exposure to product management in a global IT organization.
• Proven track record in IT strategy development, solution design, programme and project delivery, and service management across multiple business lines.
• Experience delivering business impact through process and IT-enabled solutions across multiple lines.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology and vendor management.
• Experience with at least one regulatory tool/solution such as Veeva (preferred), DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways, A4L SPL Authoring tools.
• Facilitation, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence senior leadership using data and market evidence.
• Passion for delivering business outcomes, value, simplification, and advancing medicines to patients.

Technology Strategy & Enablement:

• Leverage domain knowledge and industry trends to drive forward-looking product strategy.

Demand management:

• Collaborate and influence senior business leaders to prioritize the product backlog focusing on highest business value.
• Accountable for product cost forecast.

Governance:

• Establish and lead governance bodies (steering committees).
• Provide oversight and lead delivery, service performance, and business risk management.

Product/Project Delivery:

• Lead teams to design and deliver products and services aligned with business strategy.
• Accountable for creation and execution of the product roadmap.

Quality, Risk & Compliance:

• Ensure products comply with internal security, risk policies, regulatory, and statutory requirements (e.g. GxP).

Feature Definition:

• Translate customer requests, industry trends into product requirements.

Service Management:

• Manage service levels and SLAs.
• Handle Level 3 support issues and escalations.
• Manage product lifecycle.

Collaboration & Influence:

• Collaborate to deliver business value on tight timelines in line with release management.

Adoption strategy & change management:

• Support product teams and business in agile solution development and adoption.
• Build momentum and clear value-based vision as roadmap.
