Solution Architect

Haleon Poland is a purpose-driven consumer company specializing in health products. Their portfolio includes brands such as Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum®. The company operates with a strong focus on consumer health and agile performance culture.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in Digital/Technology environments with strong hands-on system design capability.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into implementable solution architectures and guide delivery teams.
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows in enterprise environments.
• Experience embedding security, privacy, and compliance into solution designs.
• Solution design skills including logical architecture, integration, data flows, and non-functional design.
• Ability to provide pragmatic "minimum viable architecture" guidance.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured problem-solving capabilities and comfort operating under ambiguity.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing Commercial solutions in CRM/customer engagement ecosystems aligned to Salesforce-centric strategies.
• Experience operating within enterprise architecture standards and governance models at scale.

Solution Architecture & Design (Commercial):

• Produce solution designs covering functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, resilience, maintainability, and operability.
• Translate business requirements into clear architecture blueprints, logical designs, and integration patterns for engineering teams.
• Ensure designs align with Commercial domain priorities across Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion, Customer Engagement, and Commercial Analytics.

Salesforce-Aligned Solution Design:

• Work within the Salesforce-centered commercial architecture direction.
• Partner with Salesforce platform specialists and delivery teams to ensure consistent use of configuration patterns, integration approaches, and data models.

Integration, Data & Cross-Domain Alignment:

• Design seamless integrations between Commercial solutions and adjacent enterprise domains like ERP/finance, supply chain, and data platforms.
• Define APIs, middleware patterns, and data flows to support secure and reliable end-to-end processes and reporting.

Architecture Governance & Delivery Assurance:

• Provide implementation governance including design reviews, build alignment, and support to unblock architectural issues.
• Document architecture decisions, patterns, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Domain Architect to identify risks, technical debt, and cross-team dependencies.

Security, Privacy & Compliance by Design:

• Ensure solutions embed security and privacy requirements aligned to Haleon standards and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure data handling, integration, and access patterns support controls and auditability.
