• 8+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture, digital strategy or consulting roles.
• Experience across commercial technologies, including Salesforce.
• Proven experience architecting CRM-centric sales and marketing ecosystems; E-commerce and digital commerce integrations.
• Mastery of Enterprise and business architecture.
• Ability to connect growth strategy to execution.
• Executive-level influencing and advisory capability.
• Comfortable operating across ambiguity, markets and complex trade-offs.

Nice to have:

• Experience partnering with Salesforce and ERP Domain Architects.
• Track record in global platform convergence and simplification initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in sales, marketing and demand planning.

• Define and evolve the Commercial and E-commerce domain architecture across Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion and Customer Engagement.
• Develop target architectures and technology roadmaps that support commercial growth, customer engagement and business performance.
• Provide architectural leadership for Salesforce and related commercial platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration between Commercial, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain and other enterprise systems.
• Drive platform simplification, standardisation and technology convergence across markets.
• Partner with cross-functional domain architects to design and govern end-to-end business capabilities and processes.
• Shape data, analytics and AI-enabled architectures that support commercial decision-making and operational excellence.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles and governance frameworks.
• Support business transformation, portfolio modernisation and strategic technology initiatives across the Commercial domain.
