Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience with laboratory software used in Pharma R&D
- Good knowledge of laboratory processes and scientific data management
- Experience in GxP environment
- Experience in requirements analysis and conducting business workshops
- Experience in UAT and regression testing
- Experience with system integrations and data mapping
- Very good communication with business and users
- Experience with Jira; knowledge of ServiceNow, Xray, Vera is a plus
- Knowledge of Unicorn or Biacore Insight is a strong advantage
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with business and Quality teams to develop the laboratory application
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements
- Analyze laboratory processes (GxP and non-GxP)
- Document requirements, workflows, and project decisions
- Prepare integration requirements and analyze data flows
- Prepare UAT scenarios and support testing
- Analyze the impact of new application versions on business processes
- Support users and coordinate onboarding of new teams
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Collaborate with suppliers and project teams
