Senior Technical Analyst

• Minimum 3 years experience supporting laboratory data acquisition systems
• Experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• Knowledge of Pharma R&D environments
• Experience in GxP environments
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and AWS
• Experience with IQ/OQ and SDLC processes
• Experience configuring and maintaining laboratory applications

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira
• Knowledge of Confluence
• Knowledge of ServiceNow

• Configuration and maintenance of laboratory data acquisition software
• Collaboration in solution architecture design
• Configuration of on-premise and AWS environments
• User and operational team support
• Cooperation with infrastructure teams during deployments
• Preparation of SDLC and IQ/OQ documentation
• Preparation and execution of system and user acceptance tests (UAT)
• Analysis of issues related to integrating laboratory instruments with software
