Senior Product Analyst

Upvanta is involved in providing software for data acquisition from laboratory instruments used in pharmaceutical R&D environments following GxP and non-GxP regulations.

• Minimum 3 years experience with laboratory software in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Knowledge of laboratory processes and GxP/non-GxP environments.
• Experience in requirements analysis, system configuration, and conducting workshops.
• Practical knowledge of UAT and system integrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• English language proficiency suitable for international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unicorn and/or Biacore Insight.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Xray/Vera, ServiceNow.
• Experience in computer system validation (CSV/CSA).

• Collaborate with business and quality teams on system requirements and development.
• Conduct workshops, analyze laboratory processes, and gather user requirements.
• Support onboarding of new teams and user training.
• Define integration and configuration requirements.
• Support UAT tests and execute regression testing.
• Analyze new system versions and assess business impact.
• Maintain SDLC documentation and ensure GxP compliance.
• Provide user support and create training materials and documentation.
