Wymagania

Professional experience at the Senior UX Designer level
Experience conducting discovery and synthesizing results
Ability to create personas, JTBD, and journey maps
Experience in interaction design and information architecture
Ability to create user flows and navigation architecture
Experience in prototyping, iterating, and validating solutions
Ability to plan and conduct usability tests
Systematic approach to design with attention to consistency and scalability
Analytical understanding of product metrics such as adoption, task success, and drop off
Experience leading workshops on ideation, prioritization, and story mapping
Ability to clearly present conclusions and design decisions
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Owner/Product Manager and development teams
Communicative proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
English knowledge at a level enabling working with technical documentation and understanding application code

Conduct discovery processes, analyzing user and business needs and defining design problems
Process and synthesize insights
Create personas, JTBD (Jobs To Be Done), and journey maps
Design interactions and information architecture
Create information structures, navigation architecture, and user flows
Prepare prototypes, formulate hypotheses, iterate, and validate solutions
Plan and conduct usability tests
Synthesize test results and prepare recommendations
Collaborate with Product Owner/Product Manager on setting priorities and goals defined via OKR/KPI
Participate in the development of design systems, patterns, heuristics, and guidelines
Prepare specifications and components for handoff to the development team
Support developers during solution implementation
Verify implementation compliance with design within UX QA
