• Higher technical education
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with similar tasks
• English language proficiency minimum at B1 level

Nice to have:

• IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP)
• Ability to perform threat modeling for OT/IT systems, including identification of critical attack paths
• Experience in analyzing security incidents in industrial environments and collaboration with SOC/CERT teams
• Experience using AI/ML in testing processes, including automation of testing stages and vulnerability classification

• Continuous professional development in IT/OT cybersecurity
• Conducting security reviews of IT and OT teleinformatics systems
• Analyzing security of OT systems and their network architecture, including segmentation and security zones
• Performing security tests of industrial automation devices such as PLC, RTU, HMI, communication controllers, and network components
• Conducting automatic and manual security tests
• Periodic security checks of teleinformatics systems
• Preparing reports and risk assessments of detected vulnerabilities
• Managing security tests conducted by external entities
• Collaborating with programming teams

Obligatory first month of work in the office. After probation period, remote work up to 40% is possible.
