Senior Software QA Engineer

Autodesk Operations Solutions is building a next-generation cloud platform called Tandem that connects data and workflows across the whole manufacturing and facility lifecycle, from manufacturing engineering and process design to plant operations and maintenance. The company empowers innovators with technology in various domains including advanced manufacturing, sustainable buildings, and media experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in software development or quality assurance with proficiency in web frameworks
• Proven experience in cloud app UI automated tests
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Experience with test management and defect tracking systems such as JIRA and TestRail
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing domain software including design, simulation, digital twin, operations, Industry 4.0 solutions, and asset management
• Familiarity with cloud technologies

• Develop test strategies and methodologies for comprehensive test coverage and quality assessment
• Perform sanity checks and regression testing before production release
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Software Developers to ensure acceptance criteria are met
• Collaborate with Product Manager to validate customer experience through testing
• Implement quantitative and qualitative measures to validate quality standards and identify risks
• Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and propose solutions
• Code and implement cloud app UI automated tests, covering integration, APIs, and end-to-end workflows
• Verify that the final product meets the specified requirements

This role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person ID verification. Candidates already employed as contractors or consultants with Autodesk should apply internally. The position is located in Poland (Kraków) and requires strong English communication skills.
