Senior Technical Analyst

Senior Technical Analyst role responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of laboratory software for data acquisition from research equipment used in Pharma R&D environment.

• Minimum 3 years experience supporting laboratory data acquisition systems
• Experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• Knowledge of Pharma R&D environments
• Experience working in GxP environments
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and AWS
• Experience with IQ/OQ and SDLC processes
• Experience in configuration and maintenance of laboratory applications
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is an advantage

• Configuration and maintenance of laboratory data acquisition software
• Collaboration on solution architecture design
• Configuration of on-premise and AWS environments
• Support for users and operational teams
• Cooperation with infrastructure teams during deployments
• Preparation of SDLC and IQ/OQ documentation
• Preparation and execution of system and UAT tests
• Analysis of problems integrating laboratory instruments with software
• Preparation of technical documentation and training materials
