Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the financial sector.
• Practical knowledge of investment processes and MiFID II regulations.
• Experience cooperating with IT teams in projects and system implementations.
• Experience preparing business requirements, internal documentation (including procedures), and user stories for business processes.
• Experience conducting analytical work with business, IT, compliance, and legal stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects related to digitalization of investment processes.
• Experience with regulatory implementations (MiFID) or development of digital channels for investment clients.

• Deliver services in a banking project related to process modeling for investment products under MiFID regulations.
• Develop and optimize processes and solutions supporting sales and servicing of investment products in physical, internet, and mobile channels.
• Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business processes, process architecture, and technological solutions.
• Create and analyze business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product teams, IT teams, and compliance.
• Analyze the gap between regulatory changes and business processes.
• Perform business analysis of investment and regulatory processes (e.g., MiFID survey, product governance).
• Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design processes related to the provision of investment services, particularly in the MiFID area.
• Work on-site in a hybrid model two days per week in the client's Warsaw office.

Work location is hybrid with in-office meetings two days a week in Warsaw, Poland.
