Project Manager

• Professional experience managing IT projects with budgets over PLN 200k, minimum 2 years
• Proven success managing complex projects involving multiple processes, diverse groups, and system integration
• Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools: MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Agile
• Detail-oriented, structured, and methodical planning skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 spoken and written level

• Managing areas in large and complex programs, aligning with strategic objectives
• Project management of product and system functionality delivering results within time and budget
• Leading project teams: identifying resource needs, acquiring resources, motivating, coordinating, and supervising tasks
• Overseeing and coordinating project risk management
• Managing quality in the project
• Reporting activities within assigned responsibilities
