Wymagania
- Experience working with UiPath as an RPA Developer, RPA Engineer or similar role.
- Good understanding of RPA development principles, best practices, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, robot deployment and monitoring, workflow troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts, including Windows Server environments, virtual machines, application deployment and maintenance.
- Experience supporting business users and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and fluent Polish.
Nice to have:
- UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer).
- Experience working in a Citizen Development environment.
- Experience with SQL, PowerShell, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of ITIL and application support processes.
Obowiązki
- Support and manage the RPA Citizen Development framework.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Citizen Developers.
- Monitor robot performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Manage and operate UiPath Orchestrator, including robot scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Administer and maintain the UiPath platform and related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.
- Gradually take over responsibilities related to the maintenance of the RPA IT landscape, including UiPath environments and virtual machines.
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of RPA governance, standards, and development guidelines.
