Product Manager

Wyden is the leading provider of institutional digital asset trading technology to financial institutions. The company builds advanced, scalable, and modular trading infrastructure supporting digital asset product offerings and operations. Wyden serves dozens of banks, brokers, and financial institutions globally, with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and a development hub in Poland.

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role.
• Proven experience and knowledge in trading and infrastructure technology.
• Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive and proven experience with using AI and the latest methodologies.
• Strong ability to define product requirements, create user stories, and manage a product backlog.
• Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis including SQL and data visualization.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with FIX protocol is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of crypto and digital assets technology.
• Business fluency in English.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Manage the product backlog, including prioritization of features and writing acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements and turn them into actionable tasks.
• Write feature specifications and user stories in line with business requirements and the product roadmap.
• Foster Agile processes within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and iterative development.
• Streamline product release planning, ensuring incremental value delivery that aligns with the company's strategic direction.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future developments.
