Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
- Previous hands-on experience with PHP, Golang, or React
- Experience working in e-commerce environments
- Understanding of Developer Experience (DX)
- Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1)

- Manage project planning, execution and successful delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders
- Support technical decision-making and engineering best practices
- Improve engineering processes and developer experience
- Monitor project scope, quality, timelines and delivery
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture
