• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in iGaming, online casinos, sports betting, or closely related consumer sectors.
• Experience delivering products iteratively using methodologies like ShapeUp, Kanban, and Scrum.
• Proven track record of growing brands by metrics such as revenue, net revenue, and active player retention.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style and articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Concept, launch, and iterate on engagement mechanics such as real-time bonus engines, gamified loyalty tiers, and competitive tournament frameworks.
• Build and execute a commercially driven product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features to expand market share and accelerate brand growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvement.
• Drive the product discovery process by defining and refining product vision, strategy, and roadmap using user feedback and market insights.
• Lead a test and learn cadence across player funnels and features, including onboarding and loyalty programs.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, fostering transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
