Senior Data Engineer - Superior Retail Execution

• Demonstrates breadth of applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles.
• Applies Integrated Risk Management, IT Operations, IT Project Management, and Enterprise Architecture skills related to the work.
• Requires at least two relevant roles and experience managing or influencing people or organizations for significant IT outcomes.
• Defines strategy and leads delivery and transformation of business outcomes through IT within major sub-OU services, products, or programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in data engineering, data science, machine learning, or related field.
• Proficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.
• Proficiency in Advanced Python Programming, Design Patterns, and FastAPI.
• Practical experience with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Solid background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and experience in cloud environment operations and deployments (e.g., Azure).
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and frameworks.
• Certifications: Azure Associate Data Engineer (DP-203), Databricks Professional Data Engineer, Apache Spark Developer Associate, Professional Data Engineer - Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Assemble large complex data sets which meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Partner with data asset managers, architects, and development leads to ensure a technical solution provides fit-for-use data aligned with architecture blueprints.
• Contribute to and leverage coding standards and best practices for efficiency and reusability of services and components.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
