SAP SuccessFactors Technical Architect / HCM Solution Architect

Smart People is a company focusing on SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects involving business consulting and technical architecture for HR solutions.

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP S/4HANA, and external systems.
• Solid understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Consultant.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead business and technical workshops.
• Professional English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP Integration Suite certifications.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience with SAP HCM On-Premise.
• Experience with SAP Build and SAP BTP.
• Presales, solution estimation, and proposal preparation experience.

• Design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solution architectures.
• Advise clients on HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead business and architecture workshops.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support presales activities, solution proposals, estimations, and license BOM preparation.
• Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Define integration strategies using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, OData APIs, SOAP, REST, and SuccessFactors APIs.
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams throughout implementation and go-live.
• Support complex technical issue resolution and ensure solution quality.
