Manual Migration Support Consultant

The role supports manual migration of customer data in banking from current KYC tools to a new Global KYC (GKYC) system.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business applications and understanding data flows between different systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking industry.
• Familiarity with banking operations or KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.

• Perform manual migration of customer data between KYC systems.
• Follow predefined working instructions and operational procedures.
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and multiple business applications.
• Understand data flows between different systems.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and consistent work throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with the migration team and escalate issues when necessary.

The role is offered as a B2B contract with a budget of 90 PLN/h + VAT. The work mode is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office in Łódź or Gdańsk, Poland. English full professional proficiency is required.
