Data Quality Specialist (On-site)

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or MDM.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and controls.
• Experience in root cause analysis and issue management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining data quality KPIs and reporting.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to have:

• SAP MDG experience.
• Experience in large-scale data transformation programs.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.

• Define and monitor data quality standards and KPIs.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues.
• Establish quality controls and validation mechanisms.
• Produce data quality reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of data governance processes.
• Promote data quality best practices across the organization.
