Senior Talent & Leadership Development Specialist

Comarch is a large, international technology company with a People Growth & Performance team focused on innovative talent and leadership development programs.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in complex HR projects focused on talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and team effectiveness
• Master's degree in HR, psychology, pedagogy, or communication
• Experience in creating and coordinating development programs for managers, including new leaders
• Experience conducting basic leadership skills training
• Business communication proficiency in Polish and English
• Independence in coordinating and timely implementation of training projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and drawing business conclusions
• Practical ability to use AI tools for data synthesis and creating training materials for leaders at scale
• Knowledge of assessment and coaching tools is a plus

• Coordinate the talent program for top leaders, including training planning, materials, logistics, and participant communication
• Coordinate talent assessment processes and tools in collaboration with external providers
• Evaluate, design, and implement developmental solutions and leadership quality improvement programs, including for first-time leaders
• Co-facilitate workshops on people management
• Implement initiatives and tools supporting high team effectiveness and synergy
• Prepare reports on talent quality and development for the Management Board
• Manage and promote an external development catalog (including coaching) for top talents
• Facilitate performance enablement processes, promote a culture of continuous feedback, and support leadership activities aimed at increasing employee engagement
