Wymagania

  • Proven experience in purchasing, development, and maintenance of business relations with external partners
  • Passion for leading business agendas, working with people, and making things happen
  • Economic and financial knowledge with ability to work and understand numbers
  • Very good knowledge of production processes and related cost drivers is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills, leadership, and high decisiveness
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written; knowledge of Polish is an additional asset
  • Ability to build good relations and communicate effectively, including listening and giving feedback
  • Openness to change and ability to work efficiently in fast-changing environments
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive approach in daily work
  • Willingness to search for new solutions and challenge the existing status quo
  • Capability to handle business with a big-picture perspective and translate it into concrete actions
  • Personal interest in home furnishing products
  • Active driving license category B

Obowiązki

  • Be a member of a 3-function micro-team focusing on particular suppliers
  • Drive business agenda with your supplier and focus on delivering seamless supply performance
  • Collaborate with a Production Engineer to oversee production process, quality, and compliance to IKEA standards
  • Work with a Supply Planner managing logistics, capacity, and production planning
  • Develop and deliver annual action plans with the team and suppliers based on strategic and tactical goals
  • Drive innovations, secure growth, and improve the business contributing to the category business agenda
