Cutover Manager

• Extensive experience as a Cutover Manager, Cutover Lead, Release Manager, Deployment Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in cutover planning and execution for large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and critical project milestones.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the cutover stream.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting or coordinating hypercare activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM platforms.
• Experience within HR transformation programs.
• Experience working in international environments.

• Own and drive the end-to-end cutover planning and execution process.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the overall cutover plan.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project streams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful go-live execution.
• Lead cutover workshops, status meetings, and progress tracking activities.
• Coordinate activities between the Data Migration Team, Oracle HCM Team, Platform Team, Oracle Consulting Team, and business representatives.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to the Program Owner and Steering Committee.
• Support go-live execution and issue management during deployment.
• Contribute to hypercare planning and coordination if required.
