IT Project Manager (6 hrs/day)

• Minimum 2 years experience as IT Project Manager in web or mobile projects
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with excellent written and spoken skills for direct daily client communication
• Problem-solving mindset, proactively spotting risks and focusing on solutions
• Clear, direct, and transparent communication with high empathy
• Business acumen understanding product lifecycle and business goals
• High emotional intelligence to manage client-team dynamics and build trust
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing plans

• Lead project delivery for cross-functional teams through full lifecycle of web and app development projects
• Onboard new clients, gather requirements, act as trusted advisor through technical and product decisions
• Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, and risks with independent decision-making
• Optimize agile workflows using Kanban methodology and clear blockers
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams including progress updates and risk assessments
