Senior GBS Transformation Manager (m/f/n)

The role involves joining a client's team to lead strategic transformation and operational excellence within the Supply Chain organization, focusing on efficiency, agility, digitalization, and business value.

• 10+ years experience leading end-to-end business transformation programs within GBS, SSC, or BPO environments.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with proven operational improvements.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects in complex international organizations.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes, design future-state operating models, and deliver sustainable transformations.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2) with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GBS transformation projects in Supply Chain & Order To Cash.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables with senior stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource models, and budgets.
• Manage program governance with progress tracking, reporting, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery aligned with PMO standards.
• Prepare business processes for transformation by assessing current state, identifying improvements, and documenting future-state requirements.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and execute risk-response plans.
• Act as escalation point for project-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders across business units, countries, and GBS hubs for alignment and engagement.
• Facilitate clear, timely, and transparent communication between key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present project updates, status reports, and performance insights to senior management and executives.
