The role is for a client who is a leader in the automotive industry, focusing on developing connected services within automotive. The project involves a multi-disciplinary team including mobile and backend developers, testers, analysts, and UX/UI experts, organized into Scrum teams working under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in IT projects.
- Higher technical education (computer science or related).
- Strong knowledge of software development processes.
- Understanding of system architecture, databases, microservices, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Practical experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
- High communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions and set priorities.
- Experience in sprint planning and cross-team collaboration.
- Teamwork ability and effective communication with various project stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) at C1 level.
Nice to have:
- Experience with connected services development in the automotive industry.
Obowiązki
- Serve as a technical expert and partner for development teams, refining requirements related to architecture, infrastructure, and system design.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and an organized backlog.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth solution integration.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams by translating complex technical issues into understandable information and estimates.
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure the best user experience.
- Manage the backlog covering new features, technical debt, and improvements.
- Monitor sprint progress and remove blockers.
- Coordinate collaboration between teams and support releases.
